Ingredients
1 dozen eggs, beaten
16 dozen frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup dried onion, optional
1/2 cup dried mushrooms, optional
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 pound ham, chopped or sausage, cooked & drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Place in grease lasagna pan. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes.
