Ingredients
1 whole carp, unskinned, unboned, sliced thickly
SPICE RUB (generous amounts of)
kosher salt
garlic powder
black pepper
paprika
Directions
Prepare spice rub. Don't skimp on quantities. Rub fish slices on all sides with the seasoning mix. Lay fish on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until fish is cooked. Truly delectable. But watch out for the bones!
