Red Fish BAKED AND PICKLED FISH Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 whole carp, unskinned, unboned, sliced thickly
  • SPICE RUB (generous amounts of)
  • kosher salt
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • paprika
Directions
Prepare spice rub. Don't skimp on quantities. Rub fish slices on all sides with the seasoning mix. Lay fish on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until fish is cooked. Truly delectable. But watch out for the bones!
