For crust, in a large bowl add all ingredients and mix until mixture resembles crumbs. Press into 15x10" greased pan. Bake cookie crust for 20-23 minutes.
For filling, in large bowl beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour over hot crust spreading evenly.
Bake 25 minutes or until filling is firm around the edges.
Cool completely before cutting.
