Ingredients
1 can pumpkin (29 ounce can)
6 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ginger
Topping
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, softened
Directions
Combine pumpkin, sugar, beaten eggs, milk, spices and pour into 9x13" pan.
Mix yellow cake mix and butter and sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
