St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened (or margarine)
2 Eggs
Topping
1 package powdered sugar (3 3/4 cup)
1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
2 Eggs
Directions
Mix together cake mix, butter and eggs. Spread in bottom of a 9x13" pan. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and eggs. Pour over cake mixture. It will be thick. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. When slightly cooled, you can sprinkle it with more powdered sugar, if you like. Great with any number of toppings when serving.
