Ingredients
2 cups canned pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
Directions
Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, salt and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Add the milk and stir. Beat the batter until smooth. Pour batter into a baking dish that's been sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes. or until a knife comes out clean from the center. Cool and eat.
