RICE FLOUR GINGERBREAD (No wheat, no egg) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cups rice flour
  • 1/4 cup barley flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup quick oatmeal
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 cup sour milk/buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup shortening, melted
Directions
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together in order given. Beat thoroughly. Pour into greased 8x8" pan. Bake @ 350° for 30 minutes.
