Ingredients
1 can sliced peaches (20 ounce can)
1 cup flour
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter cinnamon
Directions
Place the can of peaches in the bottom of a casserole dish and set aside. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and egg. Spread over peaches. Pour melted butter over top of flour mixture then sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. Serves 6 to 8.
