Ingredients
5 granny smith apples
1 box yellow Jiffy cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1/3 cup cinnamon/sugar mixture
Directions
Peel, core and slice apples. Place apples in deep dish baker. Sprinkle sugar mixture and dry cake mix over apples. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for thirty to forty minutes. Serve hot. I like to add vanilla ice cream and spray Cool Whip to make it even better.
