  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup margerine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk or milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all together.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

"Delicious. Only added powdered sugar on top. Does not say what size pan to use. 9x9 and the bars were thicker than the picture shown. Anybody know what size pan I should have used?"
