Lemon Apricot Nectar Cake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • Glaze
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Invert on plate when cooled.

Glaze:

Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar and drizzle over warm cake on platter.
