Buffalo Potato Wedges Recipe

Jazz up potatoes with a sprinkle of McCormick® Buffalo Wings Seasoning Mix before roasting. Serve with creamy blue cheese or ranch dressing to cool the spicy heat.

2 pounds potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons oil
1 package McCormick® Original Buffalo Wings Seasoning Mix

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix; toss again to coat evenly.
2. Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
3. Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning potatoes halfway through cooking. If desired, serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
