Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • McCormick® Red Food Color
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
Directions
PREP
5 mins

1. Be super creative and build a volcano out of clay or dough - or you can do the experiment without a volcano. Place baking soda in a paper cup (inside the volcano if you made one).

2. In separate cup, mix red food color and vinegar.

3. To make your volcano "erupt," pour the vinegar mixture into the cup of baking soda and stand back!

Make sure you put down newspapers or a drop cloth for this experiment!
