Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup Margarine
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/4 cup butter
1 package butterscotch chips (12 oz pkg)
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups salted peanuts
Directions
Mix cake mix, margarine and egg together and pat into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread marshmallows on crust. Bake 5 minutes. In microwave, melt together corn syrup, chips, vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Add peanuts and spread evenly over marshmallows. Cool and cut into squares.
