Cinnamon Raisen Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 slices cinnamon bread- cubed
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup fat -free, Cholesterol free egg product
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk (6 ounce can)
Directions
Place bread cubes and raisins in greased crock pot. Mix together gently. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes, then low for 2- 2 1/2 hours.
