Ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
2 egg
1/3 cup oil
1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Directions
Mix lemon cake mix, one egg and oil until crumbly, reserve one cup for topping. Pat remaining mixture in ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and remaining egg until light and smooth. Spread on crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbles. Bake for 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut. Freezes well.
