Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless pork chops, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub

1. Coat pork chops evenly on both sides with Sweet & Smoky Rub.

2. Grill over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Grilled Sweet & Smoky Pork Tenderloin: Coat 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound) evenly with 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally. Let pork stand 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices.
