Chop chocolate and melt along with butter. Stir to combine.
Add flour and sugar to chocolate mixture.
Lightly beat eggs and egg yolks then stir in chocolate mixture that has flour and sugar in it until all is smooth.
Add vanilla and liqueur; stir.
Fill prepared containers and bake for exactly 14 minutes.
These will be jiggly in the middle. When turned out of the cups, they will make little mounds that has melted chocolate in the center.
Serve with ice cream.
