Grilled Mojito Lime Steak with Peach and Watermelon Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
Peach and Watermelon Salsa:
1 cup chopped peeled peaches
or
nectarines
1 cup chopped seeded watermelon
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak

1. For the Peach and Watermelon Salsa, mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Meanwhile, mix Marinade Mix, oil, lime juice and honey in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
3. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
4. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Slice steak and serve with Peach and Watermelon Salsa.
