Combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Place apples and pears in baking dish; sprinkle oat mixture evenly over fruit. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and fruit is tender.
