Melon Crunch Parfait Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 carton Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt (8 ounce carton)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 a small Honeydew Melon, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 cup low-fat granola
  • 4 strawberries
Directions
Combine the yogurt and brown sugar. Spoon half the yogurt mixture into 4 dessert glasses. Top with half of the melon cubes. Add half the granola. Repeat, finish with the granola. Garnish with strawberries. Serves 4.
