Crusted Salmon with Mediterranean Tapenade Recipe

Tapenade, a flavorful mixture of olives and seasonings, is brushed onto salmon fillets. The fillets are coated with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese for additional flavor and texture.

  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup McCormick® Mediterranean Seafood Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped black olives
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in shallow dish. Set aside.

2. Mix Seafood Sauce and olives. Place salmon in 13x9-inch baking dish. Brush both sides of salmon fillets with sauce mixture. Coat both sides with bread crumb mixture.

3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with additional Seafood Sauce, if desired.
