Bag n Season Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pork Chops
  • 6 bone-in or boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup water

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Trim excess fat from pork chops. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix evenly on both sides of each pork chop. Place in single layer in bag.

 

2. Pour water over pork chops. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

 

3. Bake in lower half of oven 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. If desired, serve with prepared McCormick® Pork Gravy.

IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.

 

To Prepare with Pork Roast: Prepare as directed. Bake boneless pork roast (2 pounds) for 45 minutes. Bake bone-in pork roast (3 pounds) for 1 1/4 hours.
