Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup McCormick® Asian Seafood Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel (optional)
  • 1 pound tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Sesame Seed

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix Seafood Sauce, orange juice and orange peel in small bowl. Pour over fish in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness. To serve, spoon sauce over tuna. Sprinkle with green onion and toasted sesame seed.

How to toast sesame seed: Heat small skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seed; cook and stir 2 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Immediately pour out of hot pan to avoid over-toasting.

Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute halibut, mahi mahi or swordfish for the tuna.
