Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • McCormick® Bac'n Pieces™ Bacon Flavored Bits

1. Mix sour cream, chives and seasoned salt in medium bowl until well blended.

2. Serve over baked potatoes. Top potatoes with bacon flavored bits or chips, if desired.Chili Potato Topping: Prepare as directed. Use 1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder in place of the chives.

Garlic Horseradish Potato Topping:
Prepare as directed. Use 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish and 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Powder in place of the chives.

Creamy Italian Potato Topping:
Prepare as directed. Use 1/2 teaspoon each McCormick® Garlic Powder and Italian Seasoning in place of the chives.

Mustard Horseradish Potato Topping: Prepare as directed. Use 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish and 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard in place of the chives.
