Pear or Peach Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker pie shell
1 can pear (or peach) halves (small can)
1 cup reduced fat whipping cream
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Drain fruit. Line pie shell with cut side of fruit facing down. Mix whipping cream, egg, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour creamed mixture over fruit. Bake for 1 hour @ 275 degrees. Cool slightly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
