Whipped Cream Jello Icing for Angel Food Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, not drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package Jello - any flavor (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 pint heavy cream
Directions
Boil the first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes. Remove from stove and add jello. Stir well. Set aside until it is just beginning to gel. Don't let it get too stiff. Whip the cream and fold into the jello mixture. Refrigerate. Ice prepared Angel Food Cake.
