Stack layers on cake plate placing filling on each layer except the top layer.
Ice top and sides of cake with Milk Chocolate Frosting.
Mix all ingredients and use as filling between layers of cake.
Refrigerate.
You can also make a 9 x 13 version of this cake by using 2 cakes mixes and 3 cans of Icing. Also increase the filling ingredients by 8 ounces each
