These little gems make a big impact with very little effort. Perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, Valentine's Day, birthdays, or any gathering where fun and a little bit of a sweet tooth are present!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 package (16 ounces) confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Mint Extract
  • 3 drops McCormick® Assorted Food Colors and Egg Dye

1. Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended and smooth.  Add milk, extracts and desired food color.

2. Remove mixture from bowl. Knead until color is evenly distributed. Shape into small patties. Or, roll gently with a rolling pin and cut into shapes with mini cookie cutters.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Test Kitchen Tip:  For Valentine's Day, use red food color. For St. Patrick's Day, use green food color. For a baby shower, use red or blue food color.
