Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Imitation Almond Extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
Directions

1. Mix coffee and sugar until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


2. Place coffee mixture, ice cream, extract and ice cubes in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
