When it's game day you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and yet you want to serve full-flavored party food. This is the chili dip recipe to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix, Original
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 pound process cheese spread, cubed

1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.

2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in process cheese spread until smooth. Serve hot with tortilla chips.Test Kitchen Tip: Use McCormick® Mild, Hot or Tex-Mex Chili Seasoning Mix depending on your desired level of heat.
