THREE DAY COCONUT CAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 12 ounces shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (plus ingredients on box)
Directions
1st Day:

Prepare icing of sour cream, coconut, sugar, coconut flavoring and water. Cover and Refrigerate.

2nd Day:

Bake cake according to box directions. Poke holes in cake and cover with icing. Cover and Refrigerate.

3rd Day:

Eat cake and not before...
