Chicken Pasta Salad with Poppyseed Dressing Recipe

Great pasta salad recipe that doesn't take much time at all. Full of flavor and it's simply bottle dressing. Use if for a light summer meal or bring it to a potluck.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken - cooked and diced
  • 3/4 cup red grapes - halved
  • 1/2 cup celery - thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds - slivered, toasted
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing

  • Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  • Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.
  • In large bowl, add pasta and remaining ingredients; toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

"I thought this salad was good and it was very easy to make, especially when the dressing you use is bottled. I ended up using a cup of dressing though because otherwise it would have been very dry."
