Too easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 5 slices white bread
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Place peaches in a buttered 8x8 inch baking dish. Cut crusts from bread slices, and cut each slice into five fingers. Place the bread fingers over the fruit. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter. Pour over fruit and bread. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden. Serves 5 to 6.
