Citrus-Marinated Ham Steak Recipe

A simple, yet elegant, orange and lime marinade adds great flavor to grilled ham steak.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cook's® Bone-in Thick-Cut Ham Steak (about 2 pounds)
  • Grated peel and juice from 1 large orange
  • Grated peel and juice from 1 medium lime
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
  • Combine orange peel, orange juice, lime peel, lime juice, wine and garlic in 13x9-inch glass baking dish. Add ham steak; turn to evenly coat both sides with orange juice mixture. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  • Prepare grill for medium heat. Remove ham from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill ham 15 minutes, or until ham registers 160°F when tested in center with meat thermometer, turning after 10 minutes.
