Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream butter. Add sugar and cream until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and egg and beat until well blended and creamy. Add bananas and mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Fold into first mixture. Bake at 375° for 25-35 minutes.
