This is our family favorite. This is one dish that always goes fast.

Ingredients
  • 10 large potatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Boil potatoes like you would when making mashed potatoes; drain.
  • Add the grated cheese, butter, mozzarella, salt, and pepper while still hot.
  • Butter a baking dish and put in potatoes. Top with some more mozzarella cheese.
  • Put in oven for about 45 minutes on 350 degrees, uncovered.
  • YUMMY!
