Custard Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups scalded milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 quart bread cubes
  • Cinnamon
Directions
Beat eggs, stir in sugar and salt. Gradually stir in scalded and slightly cooled milk. Add vanilla. Place bread cubes in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole Pour egg mixture over bread cubes. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake at 325°, 50 - 55 minutes.
