PIE CRUST 13 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (from sweet pickles)
  • 1/4 cup milk
Directions
Mix and cut first three ingredients together with pastry cutter. Add vinegar and milk. Mix into 2 good size balls. Roll into pie crusts on a floured bread board. Makes 2 crusts. Put in refrigerator a short time until ready to bake. Bake at 325 degrees until brown.
