  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line with paper liners a 12-cup muffin pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of one comes out clean.
