Italian Spinach Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 package sweet Premio Sausage
1 onion - chopped
2 packages frozen chopped spinach - thawed
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces mozzarella cheese - shredded
2 pie crusts
Directions
Take sausage out of casings and saute with the chopped onion until cooked through.
Drain fat.
Cook and drain spinach.
Squeeze out the excess water from the spiach.
Mix sausage and onion with the spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Put in 9 inch pie shell.
Top with mozzarella.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 375 degrees F. until crust is nicely brown approximately 30-40 minutes.
