Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, dived
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 package shredded cheese (8 oz pkg)
  • 1 can chili beans, drained
  • 1 bottle Ranch dressing
  • 1 package Doritos chips

  • Brown ground beef, drain and rinse with cold water. Add taco seasoning.
    • Combine lettuce, tomato, onion, pepper, shredded cheese, and drained chili beans. Add to beef mixture.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Just before serving add Ranch dressing to coat then top with tortilla chips.
