2 - 3.4 oz French Vanilla instant pudding
12 ounces whipping cream
2 - 11 oz mandarin oranges
2 cups buttermilk
shortbread cookies ( 20-22 cookies)

Mix pudding and buttermilk.
Fold in whipping cream.
Drain oranges and add to pudding mixture.
Fold in crushed cookies right before serving. Crumble 7-8 cookies and place on top.
