Ingredients
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (large can)
  • 16 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

  • Mix dry pudding mix with undrained pineapple
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Let stand 1 hour before serving.
Note: This salad stores well in the refrigerator so it can be made up a day ahead of time.
