Mexican Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 3 tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup slightly crushed corn chips
  • Dressing (Blend until smooth):
  • 1 ripe avocado (peeled)
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic Salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
Directions

  • Chop lettuce for salad and mix green onions, olives, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • When ready to eat, stir in dressing.
  • Top with slightly crushed corn chips.
