Tapioca Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can peaches, 15 oz.
  • 2 cans chunk pineapple, 15 oz.
  • 4 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 package strawberry jello, 6 oz.
  • 1 package tapioca
  • 1 package vanilla pudding (not instant), small pkg.
  • 1 large container whole fresh strawberries
  • 4 bananas (sliced)

  • Drain the juice from the fruit. Save four cups of juice.
  • Add jello, tapioca, and pudding to the juice and cook until thick; allow to cool.
  • Clean strawberries and cut in half.
  • Add the cooled mixture with all the fruit except the bananas.
  • Chill in refrigerator.
  • Add bananas just before serving.
