1 large onion, diced
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, sauté onion in butter until golden.
In a large bowl, mix sautéed onion with remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until light golden and heated through.
