Ingredients
1 pound sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups raw sliced potatoes
1/2 pound grated cheese

Directions

Brown & drain sausage.
Mix soup, milk, onion, salt, pepper.
In a baking dish, layer potatoes, soup mix, and sausage. Repeat layers.
Dot top with butter.
Bake covered at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hrs.
Sprinkle top with cheese; heat until melted.
