Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Onion chopped
  • Green pepper, chopped
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package hamburger buns
Directions
  • Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain.
  • Mix in tomato sauce, mushrooms, paprika, oregano, celery salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.
  • Stir in desired mozzarella cheese.
  • Serve on opened faced buns.
