Overnight Cheesy Chicken Casserole Recipe

Short on time to prepare supper tomorrow night? Here's a creamy chicken casserole that you make up the night before without much fuss and bake it off the next day. You don't even need to pre-cook the pasta!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups dry pasta (macaroni, egg noodles)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta, cubed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked, diced
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed
Container:9x13 baking dish
Directions

1 hr
  • Mix all together except for the potato chips.
  • Put in 9x13" pan and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
  • Crush potato chips over top and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
